Kai Ton Chau
Program Manager
Kai Ton Chau is a program manager at the 91ÁÔÆæ, where he leads curriculum development in cultural intelligence in ministry. He also teaches worship and culture as an adjunct professor at Calvin University and serves as a staff mentor for chapel planning at Calvin Theological Seminary. He holds a doctorate in worship studies (The Robert E. Webber Institute for 91ÁÔÆæ Studies), an Ed.D. in organizational development and leadership (Cornerstone University), and master’s degrees in choral music (Conservatory of Music, University of Missouri–Kansas City) and business (Laurentian University). Kai Ton has a professional background in accounting, finance, and taxation. His research interests include cultural intelligence in ministry, the role of character strengths and well-being for worship leaders, and pastoral ministry for worship leaders.
